I、Instructions for ?Recordation of Trademark Licensing Agreement：
The trademark registrant can, via concluding ?trademark licensing agreements, authorize other parties to use his registered trademark. The licensor shall submit a copy of the trademark licensing agreement to the Trademark Office for recordation within 3 months from the date of signature.
II、The following materials shall be submitted for recordation of trademark licensing agreement:
i、The application for recordation of trademark licensing agreement;
ii、Power of Attorney;
iii、Subject Qualification Certificates of both parties involved;
iv、Original trademark licensing agreement or a notarized copy of the trademark licensing agreement;
v、An licensing agreement written in a foreign language shall be submitted with a Chinese version at the same time.
III、Time required: about 3 to 6 months
