I、The Instructions for modification of trademark registration:
To alter the name of the trademark registrant、 address or other registered information, an application for alteration shall be submitted to the Trademark Office.
II、the following materials shall be submitted for the alteration of trademark:
i、the Application of Alteration of Trademark;
ii、Trademark Power of Attorney;
iii、Subject Qualification documents of the applicant;
iv、In addition, proof of change of registrant name shall be filed, which is issued by the registration authority, if the registrant applies for change of owner name. v、The application documents in a foreign language version shall be submitted with the Chinese version confirmed with the signature of a translation agency.
III、The time required: about 8 to 12 months.
